SUPER CONFEDERATE NONEXCAVATED MISSISSIPPI INFANTRY BUTTON
This is a coat size, impossible to upgrade, Hyde and Goodrich Mississippi Infantry button. These buttons are an interesting story in that they were actually part of an order made to Scovill by Hyde and Goodrich of New Orleans in 1860, arriving just before the war. I acquired a set of these buttons at an estate sale in South Carolina. They were found in a box inside a doll house. This is the last one I have left.
